MISSING PIECES - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

“Very disappointed that the packaging did not include all parts!! The sleeper sofa did not have legs. The counsel cabinet has no pegs for the shelves. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Still do not know if I will be receiving them. Insisted on a case number for follow up. Delivery men called twice during delivery about the missing pieces. Customer service called myself twice and each time they acted as if there were notes on the issues. Used the legs from chaise on the sofa piece and chaise is currently useless. This piece would be really nice if there was any care in Ashley furniture to insure all pieces were included in the packaging.”
