“Very happy with our new sectional! It’s quite firm, and you sit much higher off the ground than our last sofa, but we’ll get used to that (and we like the firmness). It’s beautiful. The delivery with setup included was also very quick and efficient.”

Check your cushions...

“I love this sectional, however, there is one thing that has been bothering me. The corner square seat cushion is somewhat lower that the rest of the cushions, so I can't sit there, when id really like to, because it kind of feels like I'm in a hole. Not a deep one, but a shallow one. And I can't switch it out for another cushion or it will be more obvious when looking at the sectional since it would be seen directly next to the normal cushions. The fabric is so soft. Love it! Love the color! Love everything about it, except for that one cushion. I would recommend this sectional, but would suggest that people look at everything while the delivery truck is still at your home. I did not get the white glove service, and had to wait for my husband's help to get it in the house, so I couldn't check it like I should have. A great sectional otherwise. This is the second Ashley sectional we've bought in 20 years. Our other one lasted forever! Hoping this one will as well.”

“An outstanding sofa for the money. The sofa is very comfortable, and the color definitely matches our living room. It's definitely a great addition to our living room. There really isn't anything to dislike about the sofa. We didn't want anything too expensive because we have a dog, so this definitely works for us.”

A few issues

“I absolutely love the sofa on my living room. It looks amazing. However, when I originally unboxed it, there were black dirt smudges on two corners that I had to scrub out with fabric cleaner. The black lining on the underside of the sofa was falling off in many areas so I had to use a staple gun and rack it up around the whole perimeter. The legs that go on it are plastic instead of wood which feels a bit cheap. Overall, after the cleaning and tacking, it looks good in the space. I just would have liked to have not spent the time doing that.”

“I love the color and style along with the size.
What I don't like is the hardness of the cushions.
The chase does not fit properly on the piece. It hangs over the end and has a gap between back pillows and cushion. See picture. I am contemplating order a different sofa. My ocd is not allowing me to like the chase not fitting properly. I have tried moving the other cushions around to see if one fits better with the chase cushion.”
