“Couch is firm and material is quality. Bed pulls out softly and easily. The bed mattress is sub-par. It’s not bad, but it’s not good either. Wish the mattress was better quality, but for the price, all in all a great product.”

Frame Broke After Two Months

“Purchased this couch from a local furniture store and was super happy with the looks and comfort. However after only two months of gentle use, the frame broke one day when I sat down. I'm a single guy that weighs 185lbs and use it only for sitting, not any other 'activities'. The fact that it broke so easily is disappointing and speaks volumes about the quality.”

“The loveseat looks better in person than online. Cushions are firm; but, I think they will soften over time and use. It fit through front door (31 1/2 inches) although website says minimum 32 inches. Delivery of loveseat went smooth and flawless. Noticed that price of loveseat was reduced online and called Ashley Home Store within 30 days of ordering it and they honored the reduced price.
I am going to go ahead and order the ottoman.”

“I got this sleeper sofa specifically to provide a space to sleep for my 17-year-old daughter and her small pooch to sleep on when they come to visit. I also wanted something that looks great and is otherwise comfortable as a regular sofa. This fits the bill.
She and I are very pleased; it's a quality piece of furniture.”

“I love my new sofa. The frame broke 14 days after receiving. I am so happy the technician sent out , was able to repair. Sofa did not have enough screws to support frame. Note, my weight is 160lbs. Customer service is very hard to get hold of, speak with actual person. The call back service is helpful. I question if there is quality control in factory. See pictures”

“I was really hoping to love this couch but I’m sadly very disappointed. I’ve barely sat on it yet the cushion has flattened. Even while sitting on it doesn’t have much of a cushioning effect. This is not even up to 2 months after and I can say I’ve sat here less than 6 times. I’m disappointed. I went to Ashley because I was looking for quality, this doesn’t represent that at all. This was delivered 5/29. This is 7/18. I live alone and have barely sat here. I honestly want to return it. So sad.”

“Worst sleeper sofa had it for 2 years now. From the beginning everytime one would get up it would make a noise from the arm rest and seat (maybe from the spring of the bed) not sure where its coming from but I've dealt with it seeing i couldnt exchange it. Would not recommend! Bought it for the overall good reviews I must've gotten a defect but the worst. Very stiff. Hard to sleep in if have to sleep on the couch for more than 2 days.”
