Check cushions...

“I love this sectional, however, there is one thing that has been bothering me. The corner square seat cushion is somewhat lower that the rest of the cushions, so I can't sit there, when id really like to, because it kind of feels like I'm in a hole. Not a deep one, but a shallow one. And I can't switch it out for another cushion or it will be more obvious when looking at the sectional since it would be seen directly next to the normal cushions. The fabric is so soft. Love it! Love the color! Love everything about it, except for that one cushion. I would recommend this sectional, but would suggest that people look at everything while the delivery truck is still at your home. I did not get the white glove service, and had to wait for my husband's help to get it in the house, so I couldn't check it like I should have. A great sectional otherwise. This is the second Ashley sectional we've bought in 20 years. Our other one lasted forever! Hoping this one will as well.”

“We bought this chaise 2 month ago and was delivered in too stages. One part was delivered and we had to wait about a month for the second part. The sofa legs did not fit in so he called Ashley and they sent another guy who flipped the couch and tried to put them in but the hole that the leg was supposed to fit in has no screw to scre in the leg, the other holes the screw is screed too far in , so he said to contact Ashley and return it. We contacted them three times after being on hold for an hour, I went to the store and spoke with manager who promised to take care of the problem but so far nothing happened. Totally disappointed.”

“Esthetically it's great. Very hard seats. The chaise lounge does not fit properly. It sticks off the couch. Looks terrible.
It does fit our space nicely. If it wasn't so hard to find another I like I would have returned this sectional.”
