Terrible customer service and quality of frame

“I purchased this $1300 adjustable frame a week ago the first night I went to lay in this bed it collapsed with my grandson and I laying on it. I contacted The store and was told I had to reach out to customer service called customer service and was told they are closed . NOONE took the time to ask if myself or my grandson were okay seeming how this fell down with us laying on it & noone bother to help resolve this issue. I will never forget the way I was treated today nor will I ever buy from Ashley furniture ever again. I am very disappointed on how I was handling.”
