Do not buy very uncomfortable

“Do not buy. We originally wanted a sectional, but decided to get a reclining set instead. We looked at this in store and it was pretty comfortable and we didn’t see any issues. Once we had purchased, it took forever to be delivered and when it was the rockers do not rock very well on the sectional, and after having it for just a couple of months, the springs have broke in the couch. And the reclining chair is the most uncomfortable chair. Once you recline the chair, there is a giant gap in between the back and the seat and you can feel the wood on your lower back, which is quite painful. We spent quite a lot on the entire set and it is honestly the most uncomfortable set that we have had. Please don’t waste your money.”

“They are nice, the seat needs to be wider, they are nice but not the best I’ve bought from Ashley . The color is nice, the fabric is very soft. The USB ports are great. Cup holders are not deep enough. But all in all they are nice.”

“We were unable to find this loveseat to try in any physical Ashley store so it was our first purchase of furniture on line. The loveseat arrived in perfect condition and was assembled by the delivery folks without issue. I did think that the seats were electric too when I placed the order but that is not the case. The manual release on the side is easy to operate and the seat closes fairly easily. The electric is only for the outlets in the center. The love seat is very comfortable and love the smooth glider movement. The seat depth is perfect for my tall husband but for me being a bit vertically challenged, it's a bit of an Edith Ann seat but once snuggled in to the seat, it's fine. The only criticism (if you want to call it that) would be that a coffee mug with handle doesn't fit in to the cup holder. I would absolutely recommend this loveseat.”

“Owned for just over a year, 2 person home. Fabric has holes from where it hits against the recline mechanism. Large springs have fallen from seat. Zipper under leg rest doesn't stay closed as not enough fabric give to support actually putting legs on it. $1500 piece should have lasted longer. DO NOT PURCHASE!”
