Great looking mattress but not for me

“I was really hoping to love this mattress, but it was too plush for me. Sadly — and I learned this after my purchase — the individual coil system creates a mattress that will always be too plush. It didn’t feel so bad at the store. However, after a few days, the pain in my lower back, shoulders, hips, and neck were so bad I had to begin the process to return it. My arms and hands were numb! I couldn’t sleep. I felt extremely disappointed. I did a lot of research and was really looking forward to sleeping on this hybrid mattress, but it wasn’t the right one for me. If you need firmness and support, this might not be an ideal option.”
