Ashley does not stand behind their guarantees

“This mattress felt great in the store. Got it home and slept on it for 30 days. I woke up every morning with severe back pain, from day 1. I put up with this pain for 30 days because I could not exchange it before then. I reached out to customer service on day 30 and they are refusing to process an exchange (not a refund) because the tags are missing. We did not remove the tags. When the delivery crew asked us to look over the setup, there were no tags. The picture customer service sent showed the mattress with tags on it, but that picture was taken BEFORE it was placed on the bed frame, while it was still stood up in the hallway. This is not acceptable and something needs to be done.
Buyer beware! Ashley does not honor their guarantees. I will not be stepping foot inside another Ashley store...ever.”
