“Best Mattress ever. I was a little worried about the firm mattress but it actually pretty soft but I don’t sink into it! So my back doesn’t hurt as much. I definitely love it. Also the color and design is nice. The mattress is also very Heavy so you need a good frame to support it. 100% recommend.”

I hope this message finds you well. I recently received the mattress I ordered, which was supposed to be a pillow top model. However, the one I received does not feel like a pillow top at all. It feels very firm and stiff, and I've also been experiencing discomfort and itchiness when using it.
I'm quite disappointed, as this is not what 1 expected based on the product description. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with an exchange or let me know the next steps in resolving this issue.”
