“It is very comfy! We are still getting used to it, but so far so good. The only issue we had was getting it in the house. We had a floor model, so I’m not sure what protocol is for delivering new from the warehouse, but it’s huge and heavy. It was collapsing in on itself making it nearly impossible to get through the door.”

“I have extensive pain issues that include my whole body. For many years, I have tried many different mattresses that promised to help me sleep without pain. None worked. For the last few years, I haven't been able to sleep in my bed and have tried sleeping in either a recliner or sofa. Needless to say, sleepless nights weren't conducive to a healthy life. A month or so ago, my son bought the Beautyrest Black 4 for his guest room, hoping it would enable me to sleep comfortably when I visited. It worked! So, we bought the same mattress for our home and I have been SLEEPING comfortably and through the night ever since! This mattress was indeed a Godsend to me. I cannot say it more loudly or clearly what it has done for me in so many ways. I know it may seem a bit over the top, but I can actually say it puts my pain to sleep. I feel like I am in a cocoon of softness and being hugged by a teddy bear cloud. I highly recommend this mattress to everyone. It will be the last mattress search they ever have. Thank you, Beautyrest!”

“I loved this mattress in the store. It had everything I thought I wanted/needed, but unfortunately after several days I started to notice severe lower back pain. Now more than a month later, my back pain is so severe that it's hard to stand up straight in the morning and I have to get a different mattress. I'm bummed. Maybe it will work out better for another customer.”

“This bed has been the best bed I have EVER slept on. It’s so soft but yet firm in its softness. I sleep in the same spot almost the same position beneath night and it hasn’t formed and outline of me and usually that happens very quickly. I love the fact that it is black so if something was to spill you wouldn’t see the stain like a normal white bed. The thickness of the mattress is amazing you don’t feel like your back is on the floor. If you don’t have this bed or a bed from this line you’re missing out on a good night sleep. I don’t think I could go back. The best part is that I have a lifting bed for the head and the feet and the mattress works perfectly with the lifting!”
