“I bought an Open Box on clearance and did not realize that there is no good support from my back with a Plush Pillow Top mattress. Once you are on the mattress laying down, it seem to surround like a memory foam. If I was younger, I would love this type of mattress but since I'm in my 60's I need to reconsider a firmer mattress My salesman was Manny, a young gentleman from Brazil and he was very professional and helpful. He told me what to expect, and I should have truly consider the other options he thought I might really like as well... thanks again Manny for a professional experience.”

“Purchased as an open box deal and I am very happy with the quality and the price. It's a little firmer than I would like and I added a memory foam topper and it's perfect now. Next time, I think that I'll get the ultra plush. Also, very grateful for Julio and Bernie's help in picking out our mattress. They spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the types of mattresses to help us understand what would work best for us in the long run. Thank you so much! would definitely go back.”
