I’ve been sleeping in this mattress for couple of weeks now and am in love. I have back problems in my lower back and the mattress is super firm and I haven’t had pain as much as I had. The color is perfect (black). It did made my bed look high and I literally have to jump to get in but I don’t mind at all, I am short LOL. The shipping did take some time but I was in no rush. I really recommend you this brand, if you’re looking for a good mattress and you have back problems like I do I recommend you getting this one.”

“Oh man! Where do I begin!? I anxiously awaited getting this mattress from influenster for almost 3 months! But it was absolutely worth the wait I’ll say that. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to give it 4 or 5 stars. It is a very good mattress but i don’t know if it’s PERFECT. So I opted for 4.
First I got the extra firm because I panic claimed when the claim now notification popped up and didn’t realize until after and I was SCARED. extra firm??? I was like this mattress is going to be a brick!!! I was terrified, but after talking to some other people that got the extra firm before me, they said it was hard but not like a brick. Which gave me some comfort that I wasn’t going to be sleeping on the floor! Delivery was remarkably painless although the “white glove” service left a lot to be desired. The guys found my apartment relatively easy but seemed frustrated they had to bring it up a flight of stairs, and seemed very rushed. I had asked them to take my previous mattress as well and they said that if I wanted them to they would have to take the plastic off my new one and said it in a tone that made me feel uncomfortable about asking them to do it so I said it was fine. They left. I later found out they left BOTH of the doors to my apartment open causing a huge security risk for me and risked having my cat run outside. I don’t know if this will be the case for everyone, but I definitely did not have a good experience with delivery, but that didn’t and doesn’t affect the mattress quality. But it is one of the things they were”boasting” about so I figured it would be a better experience and the people that delivered it would be kinder.
On to the quality of the mattress. It’s great! Very well made, very sturdy. It is cooling as well, I don’t think I’ve woken up sweating once in the past 14 days which was a big issue with my previous mattress. I would always get too hot! And while it is very firm, I also have found that the pillow top kind of confirms to my body after a while and it’s almost like sleeping on a big comfy mattress but with way better back support. It is very good for back sleepers I would say. I’m more of a stomach / sleeper when falling asleep but I always wake up on my back and I haven’t had any back pain since getting the mattress which has been very nice. I have experienced some neck pain though because the mattress is very flat and firm and my pillows aren’t thick enough to keep me fully in line.
My bf likes the mattress a lot too, he says he likes it and is very comfortable. He says he likes to sleep on the floor and it’s like sleeping on the floor but with a good cushion underneath of it.
I’ve not experienced any sagging anywhere yet either which is good. They’re quite expensive from what I understand mine runs around $3000, but it is a very good quality mattress and I think if I actually had that kind of money to spend on one I def would consider getting one of these.
All in all I would say it’s a great mattress and if you’re looking for a good extra firm mattress to help with your back pain this should definitely be a number one contender. I’ve heard good things from people as well that have gotten the pillow tops plush ones that they’re very comfortable as well. Definitely consider getting a beauty rest black for your next mattress purchase! I don’t think you’ll regret it!”

“The carrying handle on the side where your head is came off on one end with only 1 month of being on my bed. It is a no flip mattress so flipping cannot be blamed. I have no idea what caused it but apparently it must be sewed on cheaply. Comfort level a little too firm but I softened it up with a 1 inch foam topper. Purchased for guest room so not really getting the 30 day break in that Big Sandys prepared us for. Appears to be sinking in the middle slightly with minimal sleeping on it, which I don't understand because it's a brand new mattress.”

“I haven’t been this excited for a new mattress in a very long time. My previous mattress was medium firmness and became lumpy so fast that I haven’t slept well in months. I jumped up to the extra-firm, as the hubby and I are both back/front sleepers, and it has worked out perfectly. I was at first apprehensive due to the “extra” firmness but it has made me a believer. I finally am sleeping well. I appreciate the heft and quality of this mattress. The quilting on the top and sides says quality and it looks like pilling won’t be a problem. There’s handles to adjust when needed and I absolutely love that the fabric is black. No more funky spots if a kid crawls in bed and has an accident (and they’d better not!) The comfort, quality, and support are outstanding. Thank you, BeautyRest!”
