“1st, the couch is great. Great quality and fits our living room perfect. 2nd great customer service! I’ve shopped at Royal Furniture and Rooms To Go, at both of them I had terrible issues and their policies are ridiculous. I would not shop at either of those over Ashley Furniture!”

“I’m calling to take this back. I’ve only had it 1 week and the chaise is already sunk in. I’ve sat on it for a few hours after work. The color looks NOTHING like it does online. It says help beige.. it’s more of a brownish grey color. On top of that, the delivery guys ripped my couch while bringing it in. They didn’t tell me and I found the holes after moving the pillows they put to hide it.”

“I've received part of my delivery, but it wasn't put together. I wasn't expecting it until 8 -14 weeks later. At least, that's what it stated during the ordering process. So it has arrived in part and stored. I certainly hope all the parts are there when I do get it home to enjoy. So, right now, I can't give a rating.”

“This couch is gorgeous, and so comfortable! The only thing I would change is to have the fabric wrap around the entire cushion so that they don’t shift forward at times. A simple fix with some Velcro should help though. Best purchase ever!”

“I love this couch! It’s firm and comfortable. There’s a lot of room for people to sit - at least 5-6 people can sit comfortably. The color is also neutral, making it easy to decorate around. We’ve added light blue accents to the living room because the pillows came with blue patterns. Everything else is dark brown wood.

“I had a very hard time making a decision on a sectional and finally selected this one. I am very happy with my purchase. I have had it for about 3 months now and it seems to be holding up and holding its shape pretty well. Very comfy! Not too soft, just firm enough to feel like it won’t fall apart on you. I needed something just like this- comfy and sturdy. I am a little concerned with the fact that it seems to make noise sometimes when sitting down on it (the boards, i believe)...and I’m not a large person. But it does not appear to show any damage, hopefully just creaky boards.”
