Damaged Foundation

“After the delivery the next day we just discovered the foundation has a cut. I emailed them about this but didn’t get a response. Quite expensive to get a damaged item. Not happy with this.”

“This foundation is 4+ inches too narrow for the bed frame that I also purchased at Ashley. It much longer for the foundation to arrive than promised. It took days to get them to agree to come get the foundation and days for that to happen. They just removed it from my living room today. It's one big piece. No where to store such a large item while waiting for the return pickup. It gives me pause. I've been satisfied with other Ashley products, but the return process was a joke.
Also this foundation would slide around. If a couple were vigorously engaging in certain activities that would cause extra stress on the bed frame.
Do not buy this foundation. It's defective and it's designed that way.”
