Order Not Fulfilled – No Resolution After 2 Weeks

“I would love to rate this box spring — if I had ever received it. I placed an order for a full-size mattress, sleigh bed, couch with chaise, and a full-size box spring. My delivery was scheduled and completed on October 3, 2025, but instead of a full, the delivery team brought a twin box spring. They acknowledged the mistake, took the item back, and assured me someone would contact me within 72 hours to resolve the issue. It has now been TWO weeks with no resolution and no replacement. I have called and chatted with customer service multiple times and receive the same runaround EVERY time. To make matters worse, I recently received a call from the delivery team trying to schedule another delivery — for the wrong (twin) box spring again. At this point, I’ve had to buy a full-size box spring from another company because I can’t keep waiting indefinitely. I’m asking Ashley to credit my account for the box spring I never received. This was my first purchase from Ashley, and based on this experience, it will absolutely be my last. The lack of accountability and poor communication from customer service has been incredibly disappointing.”
