Ashley’s warehouse/delivery customer service is as bad as it gets.

“The foundation was never actually delivered. Ashley Furniture had us wait home for delivery on 5 different days. Three times they didn’t have the item, but neglected to let us know. They had three contact no.’s but did not contact any of them to let us know when they had cancelled delivery because they didn’t actually have the item. On the other two scheduled delivery dates, they showed up with a King size rather than Twin size foundation. You’d think the package size would have been a clue. The delivery crew were nice and apologetic but the person they contacted for us was not. She was asking for information off the King size foundation (as though she didn’t believe us) and wanted us to keep it in the meantime.
A week later we received an automated message wanting us to be available on another delivery date. Why would I expect them to actually have the correct item this time? I cancelled it and am hoping to receive a refund.”
