“I finally received my Beautyrest Black Queen size Mattress and I am absolutely in love. Not only is the mattress super comfortable and soft, but it's also stylish and I love the color. The feel of the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. It cradled my body perfectly. I've had the best sleep of my life since it arrived. Another thing I love about the mattress is that it comes with these convenient handles built into it on all sides. Making it easy to move around and maneuver. I have to say this bed is by far the most amazing quality mattress out there. Hands down!!!”

“My husband and I purchased this mattress in a king size with an adjustable base.
Though we sleep in different positions, we’ve both been blown away by the deep sleep we’re able to achieve in this bed! (Such a marked difference from our last one!)
I’m also now able to lounge in bed long after waking because my back and hips don’t hurt. (I used to have to jump out of bed as soon as I woke up because I couldn’t get comfortable again.)
It’s been a wonderful 2+ weeks!”

“I had my bed for 7 days. The bed came with long buttons string all over top of bed. One side seam had a string coming out. The came out to check bed and said "I also had a 1 1/4 inch dip in center of mattress " after 7 days. I'm writing this after on the 8th day of sleeping on mattress. It's clearing something wrong with mattress. On sale I still paid about $3200.. I like the feel, but how long g will it last?”

It's so comfortable and supportive and a total quality mattress overall. On a side note, my 86 year old mother loved my mattress so much (she sleeps in my bed when she comes to visit) that she purchased one for herself!”

This Black "C" Class Medium is much firmer than when tested in 3 different showrooms

“Received this Beautyrest Black C-Class Medium (non-pillowtop) mattress after a one week original delivery date delay from Macy's. After our 1st night of using, must say that this particular mattress feels much firmer than the 3 others of the same model shopped & tested at Macy's, Mattress Firm and Mattress King. I have no way of determining exactly what I received in that once positioned on our solid platform, there is no visible labeling except "BeautyRest Black" at the front-side foot end of this mattress. There was a paper stick-on label placed loosely inside the plastic protective covering bag but the info on it is in code and may as well be jiberish as it is undecipherable to us. If there is a method/way to confirm exactly what model/version this mattress we received is, please inform as to how to do so...”

Just got replacement the delivery person spotted it soon as he looked at it
Too expensive an item for this too happen
Please inspect your products thoroughly before shipping to customer

My mattress is a big loss for me

“My mattress is awful. There is only one side I can use. The other side is a hole. It hasn’t even been a year. I keep turning it but cannot ever get comfortable. I feel like when they replaced the first one, they brought me a used one that was previously returned. They should have given me a good mattress for the amount of money I paid. It makes me sad and upset thinking about it.”
