Difficult to stay reclined

“The recliner looks nice with the sectional but is not very functional. It rocks which is nice, however, when you recline the chair it won’t stay reclined and rocks forward as if it’s falling. The recliner is very small as well. Everything else I bought from Ashley has been amazing but this recliner is not great.”

“While I was initially excited about this chair it has not proved to be as soft & comfortable as the one on demo in the store, however with usage I was hoping that to be resolved. It has sadly disappointed my expectations in that in only 6 months it has deteriorated on the side where my right arm rests, leaving a growing gap below the armrest and seat. The chair itself is leaning to the right also.”
