“I fell in love with it online about a month prior to purchasing it. Fell even more in love once I got it and set it up. Easy to put together, not too heavy and just spacious enough for you and the family to all cuddle up in your own corners. I love that it’s firm and soft at the same time, no sinking into the cushions. I would recommend this sectional to everyone”

“Not as wide as we had hoped for. Very firm still after a few weeks hoping it will soften up soon. Cushions slide out very easily. Cushion where the two pieces connects seems too small leaves a good gap in between causing you to sit on the hard edge.”

“Cheap fabric that came ripped when delivered. Couch itself is hard in some spots, sinks in others. No predrilled spaces for the feet like it states. Love the color we got the couch in. Now I see why many people sell this couch on Facebook”

“For the price, it’s a great size and the design is fairly neutral, in that it could go with a lot of different aesthetics depending on how the rest of the room is decorated. The color is pretty close to the online pictures (a brownish-gray, honestly could lean either way depending on the other colors you use). Material is chenille and so far has had no issues with pulling, tearing, fraying, etc.
I’m slightly disappointed, though because we have only had it about a month and there is already obvious flattening of the chaise back and seat cushion. Also the frame squeaks every time someone sits on the chaise or readjusts themselves. I have a feeling we may be shopping for a new couch in a year with how quickly this has happened. The couch we had previously was also from Ashley and it didn’t have this issue so it must be different material used for the cushions in this model.”

“Great value for money! Most couches this size are significantly more expensive. We have a growing family and it’s perfect for us! It didn’t break the bank and it’s pretty cute. We left off the legs because I think it makes it look more expensive. I definitely recommend it. It took longer than anticipated to get to us.. by months. Which was pretty annoying. We were send numerous delivery dates and then I’d call the day if to know exact time and find out it was pushed back a month. Frustrating because we moved our other furniture upstairs to make room, then had to move it back down. And the online customer service was mostly terrible. I called over a dozen times and spoke with two people who knew what they were talking about and were actually helpful. I definitely recommend buying IN STORE if you can. The online customer service reps were the rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was really disappointed by that but the couch is great.”

“Worst sectional I’ve ever bought. Had this sectional for three months. After one month, I noticed one of cushions was falling apart. The fabric was unweaving. I complained to Ashley who messed me around for over a month and then refused to replace the cushion. I now have three different cushions that have done the same thing. This sectional looks awful. Don’t buy it! Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Wish I could get rid of it”
