Furniture Arrived Damaged

“We love what we ordered after seeing it in a vacation rental. We were very excited to have it in our home but it arrived damaged 6 days ago. The delivery person saw the damage and said he would help me resolve but that has not been the case. For some reason this falls under a warranty claim although the issue happened before I received. This has still not been resolved and I'm very disappointed.”

They set Up the sectional quickly, which was no easy task considering they had to carry each piece separately down the stairs to our basement. The sectional is spacious, comfortable, the color is perfect, and it fits perfectly in the space. I was especially happy because I purchased it online never getting to sit on or touch it. I truly appreciated that they took away every piece of plastic, wrapping and cardboard.”
