Slept like a baby

“I have had this mattress for a little over a month now and overall I am very pleased with it. I am remodeling my room so this was a great addition to it. It is a little firmer than I would prefer but it is still very comfortable. It has cooling features and I have noticed, more times than not, when I wake up I am not sweating. My boyfriend loves it. I would recommend to anyone who likes medium-firm mattress support. I slept like a baby and did not have any back pain or discomfort sleeping on it. Now I need to finish my remodel and I’m good to go! ◡̈”

“We are loving this new mattress! We went from a traditional spring mattress to this and are amazed at the difference. We are both sleeping so much better at night, less tossing and turning. I’m a light sleeper, and I can’t even feel my fiancé getting in or out of bed anymore. As the picture shows, ours cats are loving it too. Delivery was easy to schedule and on time!”

Firm yet soft

“This Serta mattress arrived at the perfect time! We are furnishing a guest room and just received the bed frame and set, and we finally got this mattress as the finishing touch! First off, delivery and the packaging/protection was phenomenal. Very easy to set up and Serta was accommodating with my schedule. The mattress itself is a dream! After testing it out, I think I may want to move into the guest bed! It’s slightly firm, not too soft which I prefer. Weight distributes evenly so another person sleeping on the bed will not feel you moving around. The technology is super advanced and I definitely recommend.”

“Going from a Serta pillow top to this this plush, the mattress was not as soft as we expected. We now have to purchase a latex pillow top to go on top. The trigger points on our body are starting to hurt.”

Comfortable and Cooling

“This mattress is really nice! The cooling feature sounded gimmicky, but it actually does feel cool to the touch—but not too cold for winter! I tend to get night sweats after heavy exercise and I think the last month I’ve slept on this mattress they’ve actually been less sweaty. This new mattress is definitely higher than my old one, but I did replace a 12-year-old mattress. Fortunately all my sheets still fit! This mattress is, most importantly, comfortable! I feel very secure and cushioned. I sleep on my side or stomach and haven’t had any issues with firmness. My husband is a back and side sleeper and doesn’t have any complaints.”

Comfortable from night 1!

“This mattress has been comfortable to sleep on since night 1! In the past, I’ve had to “break in” the mattress for a while before it got comfortable or even add an extra foam topper, but not with this one! It was comfortable right out of the package. Also I appreciate that the mattress didn’t smell weird out of the package; it didn’t have to “air out”. It was very easy to carry and put on my bed frame because the mattress has 2 durable handles on each side of the mattress (total of 8 handles). The handles are sturdy and comfortable to hold. The handles also help pick up the corners of the mattress when putting sheets on the bed. I got the plush mattress since I am a side sleeper. I also like that this mattress has cooling technology since I’m a hot sleeper. Overall this is a very comfortable mattress and feels high quality.”

“I've been sleeping on this mattress for just over a month now and it's only getting better. At first, it was wayyyy too firm but the latex seems to be relaxing the longer it's used. My only complaint is that the cooling material isn't super cooling on warmer nights and I do miss having a pillowtop. Seems durable and I'm super happy with how it's holding up. I received this mattress for free in exchange for my honest review.”

“The Ambrose PL TT offers an incredible balance between plush comfort and firm support.I love how it feels like it contours to my body, offering support where I need it most without sinking too deep. Despite the softness, I still feel well-supported, particularly in my lower back. One of the most noticeable features of this mattress is its cooling cover. When you first touch the cover, you can feel the immediate coolness, which is especially great if you tend to sleep hot. The mattress stays cool throughout the night, even when the room temperature fluctuates. The build quality of this mattress is impressive. “This is what I am looking for , I like the texture , they are firm but comfortable , I been trying a lot of mattress and finally is the one , I been trouble waking up with back ache or for a short amount of time with other mattress which they start to soggy , but this one I give it try for a month and it’s stay the same shape , even my kids went up and jump all the times , but they are still in firm and not getting any soggyy . This is a mustt , because it will bring you a good sleep and good feeling when you wake up .”

So cool & comfy for hot sleepers!

“After 21 days of sleeping on this Serta mattress all I can say is wow!! I didn't expect to be so impressed with how comfortable and cool it is to sleep on. Attached to this review is my initial impression video where I felt the surface and was shocked by how cool it actually felt. I've previously tried so many other mattresses that claimed to be cooling but this one is the real deal. My husband is like a furnace at night and emits so much heat, so this is super nice. We are also currently trying to conceive so I am excited for how cool this will keep me during pregnancy.
We had our honeymoon in Italy, where our B&B had latex pillows and they were the most comfortable pillows ever. After finding out that this bed was latex I was eager to try it out. I ordered the Serta iComfortPro in Ambrose size Queen because I'm 5'2" about 125 lbs and wanted a bed that was comfortable for my joints yet supportive and will last us a long time. I was torn between the slightly more firmer option at first but now I'm glad we got this one because it is perfect! Delivery was so seamless too thankfully. It arrived on time and was delivered inside which was super helpful because even though the mattress isn't that heavy, it is still very large for me to bring inside. It was not in a box either where you have to let it expand like some other mattresses. We noticed a slight new mattress smell for the first few days, but that went away really quickly as we opened the window to let air circulate. I get migraines frequently too, and I'm grateful it didn't trigger a migraine for me because I usually get worried about any smells.
My husband typically wants a slightly firmer bed than I do however, he loves sleeping on this mattress too especially due to how cool it is. Because the quality, comfort, and cooling effect surpassed my expectations I would definitely recommend this!

Love it!

“One of the standout features of this mattress is its temperature regulation. I tend to sleep hot, but the cooling feature really helps keep things comfortable throughout the night. I also appreciate the medium-firm feel, which strikes a perfect balance for both back and side sleepers. My partner and I have different sleep preferences, but we both find it comfortable.
The only downside is that it is a bit heavy, making it challenging to rotate or move on my own. However, considering the comfort and quality, I believe it's a worthwhile investment. It's been a game-changer for my sleep experience!”
