“I love this sofa! I ordered it online after seeing it in the store. It was an easy process and it was delivered quickly. It's very comfortable and feels substantial. I had bought another sofa a year earlier from another store, but it was destroyed by smoke damage from a fire that occurred in my community. Rather than buy another one, I upgraded the Belcaro Place sofa, and I'm glad I did.”

“I loved the set in the store but after a month of having it I noticed the fabric was pilling. Started with the love seat but now the couch, chair and ottoman are also pilling. I did file a claim but it was denied for normal wear. Honestly furniture should not do that especially in such a short time, I purchased it in February 2025 and it looks terrible- do not recommend.”

“Received our couch and while it will work for now, it looks pretty cheap. I had to go around and hammer in several nails that were sticking out. The back cushions are a mess—the stuffing is uneven and lumpy, I’m hoping they’ll settle over time. "White glove" delivery was late. I understand things happen, but they told me they were delayed after their first delivery. If that was the case, as I was #7, they should have called to let me know they’d be late. This was my first purchase from Ashley, and probably my last.”

I have an Ashley sectional I bought 8 years ago, absolutely no pilling and you can’t tell where my cats have scratched. So the fabric on these couches are terrible.”

I pointed it out at "white glove" delivery, and delivery guy kept saying "s'ok" Then spending a week trying to chase customer service at Ashley down to simply just replace the chair with one not broken.”
