Ashley has poor customer service for furniture damaged on delivery

“The loveseat is nice but am rating it low due to ordering full living set (sofa loveseat and chair) and recieving a chair with a cracked frame. I pointed it out at "white glove" delivery, and delivery guy kept saying "s'ok" Then spending a week trying to chase customer service at Ashley down to simply just replace the chair with one not broken.”
