Comfy but the fabric pills easily

“This chair is big and comfortable. The color is much lighter than shown here. Zoom in to see the actual color. The only thing I don't like is how the fabric pills after a few months. The name "Performance Fabric" is very misleading. If you buy it, I'd recommend getting the protection policy as well.”

“This chair is terrible. The fabric has something defective wrong with it. It is rough and giving my arms a red rash. Getting through to customer service is almost impossible. Very bad experience . I was told NO refund could be made. Buyer beware ordering online you will have problems if you’re not happy with your purchase. I’m still trying to get a resolve to a bad situation.”

Great buy for master bedroom

“I can't send a picture, but the chair looks great in our master bedroom. It's very comfortable and roomy, and the color is fine for our bedroom. My only caveat is that the ottoman is as wide as the chair -- looks like a acre in our not so large space, but we're dealing with it.”

Poor customer service from Ashley

“The chair I recieved had a cracked frame. I pointed it out at "white glove" delivery, and delivery guy kept saying "s'ok", and to call Ashley (third party delivery).Then spending a week trying to chase customer service at Ashley down to simply just replace the chair with one not broken. First told to submit photos to service and they would get back to me in 72 hours. Waited.... nothing. Called back they said the "repair ticket" was issued but service would get back in 5 to 7 days, meanwhile I have spent all money (got sofa loveseat and chair) to have a broken chair sitting in my living room. Finally after repeated calls they said they would order a new chair, but it has to be ordered and they would keep me updated....I am not hopeful.”
