“This Belcaro Place ottoman is lovely and large. My husband and I can share its use while sitting in separate chairs! The fabric is soft and is a perfect neutral shade. A wonderful purchase. One drawback is the absence of casters for moving it from place to place. It is a stationary piece.”

Ottoman is Great - Attaching the Feet was Very Difficult

“The ottoman itself is great and the material is amazing. The material is really strong and stains do come out fairly easily. My only issue is that the feet have to be attached. There were no pre-drilled holes so you have to determine where to drill the holes, drill the holes and then screw on the feet. Luckily I have a drill. The plastic feet are about 4 inches tall so trying to mark the spots to drill isn't easy - and then making sure that all four feet are placed evenly around the ottoman. The material stapled to the bottom also creates problems. The fabric that is so tough make s it nearly impossible to drill through or even cut with scissors. If you are a skilled craftsman, it might have been easy but for the average person it was quite a project.”

“The legs wobble. I tried to get the delivery people to take it back. When they refused I called customer service. My claim was denied. I’m stuck with this now. I’ll never shop at Ashley again. I wish I would have refused the full delivery.”
