“Purchased and within 9 months it started peeling in the spot I sit in. I contacted Ashley furniture and they refused to help me even though I purchased the protection plan!! They sent me a cover free of charge but you need skill to change it out! Like tons of tools and skill. Im so disappointed i saved forever. I dreamed of new furniture for 10 years and they did me wrong!”

“Love our new couch! We needed a nice small space couch but not too small that my 6 foot 2 husband couldn’t sit and relax comfortably. This worked perfectly! Well made and very comfortable. Delivery was simple and they had it set up in ten minutes. Very happy! 👍”

“We loved it at first; HOWEVER, we have only had it right at 2 years and on one end of the couch the arm split at the seam and has two cracks in the seat and on the other end the arm and headrest have both split in the middle! Sadly we didn't get it at the outlet price and for what we did pay for it we should not already have to be replacing it!”

“Well, one side of the couch works good. The other does not. It’s not functioning properly and has not been since we got it. We already had to return two pieces of furniture and I didn’t want to have to do that with this couch. But it is comfortable and looks good. That’s the only reason for the 2 stars.”
