Horrible experience

“When I was in the store I saw this and liked it but was concerned about the baseball like stiching coming loose so was going to choose another one instead. The sales woman told me if I purchased the warranty if anything was to happen to the stiching it would be covered. So because of her saying this I bought this and the warranty . Sure enough the stiching came loose less than a year after purchase I called and they refused to fix it said it wasn’t in the warranty. I was lied to . Horrible company and furniture”

“This couch is full filling its role right now but it won’t be here long. We have had it for almost a month. Mechanics all work fine. It’s the feel of the couch. It is like you are sitting on plastic. It is even cold to the touch which can be very unpleasant.”

“the couch is sturdy but it has a ton of slop and feels like it will break soon. the power lift for the foot rest is pretty weak and sometimes i have to lift my legs for the footrest to come all the way up, cup holders are very shallow and the controls for it are way to far down to be able to comfortably reach while reclined.”
