“I purchased my couch a few years ago. I really like the color of my couch, but the material started to pill right away and the stuffing has really worn down. I was told I could refill the stuffing, but not all of the areas are easily accessible or have zippers. I also don't like how the wood parts creek when I move around on it.”

“We love this furniture. We bought Draycoll powered double reclining sofa, powered double reclining loveseat and powered rocker recliner. They are very comfortable without putting too much pressure on our necks so it is easy to watch tv in any position. Also only requires 3 inch cearance from walls so much more compact than others we have had.”

“I’ve had this couch for 9 months. Within two weeks, both of the plastic covers on the recliner controls broke and had to be replaced. The material pills horribly. I de-pill it all the time but the cushions still have fuzz. It makes it looks worn and old. It is comfortable and serves it purpose. I am disappointed the quality of the materials for the price.”

“I purchased this online in January of 2022. I spent a little more than my last couch (which lasted for 8 years or so) to get a power recline and not get one as cheap as my last one (it was only $450 also from Ashley). In about 6 months the upolstery is coming apart, the couch is worn and starting to unravel. I have 2 dogs, but they only lay on the couch, I don't allow them to chew toys on the couch or play on the couch (AKA why my last couch needed replaced, dog chewed a toy on the couch and accidentally was chewing the upholstery as well). Cushions are already worn and the fabric threads are coming apart. Very disappointed with this purchase. I knew it wasn't a super nice couch based on the price (I paid a little over $1000 back then plus delivery of $150). but I expected it to last at least 5 years.”

“We love our new sofa and we really like how firm it is. Color is pretty and neutral goes nicely with our rugs and other furniture. The power reclining is smooth and comfortable as well. Having the USB ports on sides is just the icing on the cake. We purchased the Recliner chair and the sofa and we love both.”

“I just got this couch and it seems as though it is wearing already. The fabric under the foot rest is already ripping / tearing. The cushion I commonly sit on is already sinking a little too much. I do like the sofa though, I'm just a little anxious about how durable the thing is.”
