“The assembly (done at factory or store) was a little off so the center console is not quite straight and middle piece won't stay up. Foot/leg area could use a little more cushion as you can feel the wood through the fabric. Right color and size for what I need.”

“I paid for white glove delivery. They did not hook up the couch and make sure it reclined (I was at work, my adult son was here). So had to have another set of delivery men come, who confirmed the cord was not delivered. They ordered a cord so I’m waiting on that~ going in 3 weeks now. And they scratched my brand new hard wood floor (the original delivery guys). So not good so far…”
