Looks Nice but Uncomfortable

“The loveseat looks nice and seems reasonably well built. However, it is horribly uncomfortable, particularly the backrests. There is a molded plastic support that goes right across the center, and is not ergonomically shaped at all. It just goes straight across and you feel it immediately. This could be amazing if not for that. It came assembled and does not appear to come apart in the same way the couch does. They are sending a technician out in about a week - perhaps its fixable. If not, I will insist on returning it.”

Very comfortable, lies almost flat, good control over recliner capabilities

“Seats are large enough to fit a giant. Tested with someone 6'3" 320lb: comfortable even for very wide people, but when reclining, there is not quite enough head support for people over 6'. I would have liked a fold-out headrest as I've seen in some recliners.
The footrests do not extend unless you use the handle, which is good as we have cats and don't want to recline unintentionally. The seats recline twice, first to a slight back position with footrest and then to almost completely flat. It's a great place for a nap when fully reclined. Note that once the footrest is up, leaning back hard will make it recline further--careful of small animals!
The center console is nice. The cup holders are fairly wide but don't accommodate mugs with handles. The compartment is a bit shallow but is large enough to hold remotes and things. It is well-padded on top.
Overall, this is just what I expected and very comfortable. It is as comfortable as it looks in the pictures.”

“Within the first week of receiving this furnishing, the middle console zipper proved to be defective and is now a daily struggle to keep it closed. Over the course of about 8 months one seat section of the piece seems to be drifting apart, the gap has widened over time and I assume will eventually break. Was really wanting to like this loveseat, it had just the design I had been hoping for.”
