Most comfortable reclining sofa!

“This is by far the most comfortable sofa I have ever had. We actually ended up with this sofa by chance. One of the mechanisms in our old sleeper sofa broke and we had the protection plan so we ended up with a credit for a new sofa. We no longer needed a sleeper sofa (which was not all that comfortable, to be honest) and the gentleman at the store recommended a recliner sofa and we thought it was a great idea. Im so glad we went with it! I am disabled so I need to rest a lot and this is absolutely perfect! I love the dark gray color and how soft the fabric is. It looks great in our living room, too. My husband and my son love it as well!”

“Very hard the reclining foot rests are not padded very well and you can fill the boards through them. The back won’t snap on completely so it moves. Overall, I like the way it looks but I am disappointed in the comfort or lack there of.”

“I bought this furniture a few months ago and it is already creating lint pills on the arms. Also very hard to clean because lint or hair weaves in the material. The couch is barely sat on but the middle cushion looks as if it’s years old and misshaped. I’d never buy again.”

Difficult to Close Foot Rest

“The sofa is fine, and I took a chance by buying it online without actually sitting in it first. The arms are low, so they're not particularly useful for resting elbows or anything (we prop with pillows). But the part that is making me consider returning it is that after you've popped the foot rest out, it's really hard to get it clicked back in place. You have to push it back UNDER the edge of the seat, which means we end up standing up and pushing it with our feet because it's hard to do from a sitting position.”

“It fits my living room nicely. I narrowed my search color to gray. This come up in the search. When it was delivered, I didn't open it right away, due to still fixing my house from Hurricane Ida. Once I opened it, it was the wrong color. I didn't want the hassle of returning it, so I made work. Now the color is fading.”

I can understand one with an issue but 5? The store manager has been great to work with. We were able to select a new set and pay the difference. Thank you!”

“I love the color, I ordered it because I moved back into my house. I love to lay on the sofa at times, I don't like that the cushions are not uniform, the middle cushion is harder than the 2 end cushions this makes it very uncomfortable. I don't like the metal frame especially the frame construction triangular feet on the matching chair. The feet dig into the carpet (area rug). I had my floors refinished and have been very nervous about it damaging my floors. I put felt protectors all over underneath both the chair and sofa.”

Did not know that it would arrive not fully assembled - the backs of the couch have to be put on by the delivery people; they are supposed to lock in place. One of the backs keeps coming out of the lock, so the back slips to the side. Was like this the 1st day. Ashley is having someone come look at it, so hopeful that the couch will be fixed or a replacement is provided.”
