“It's comfortable enough. But during a thunderstorm, our long-haired cat hid underneath and his fur got caught in the reclining mechanism. He was so scared he didn't make a sound, but it ripped out a huge chunk of fur that we had to pull out of the reclining parts when it stopped working.”

“It's so so comfortable. Only the left and right sides of the couch decline. When it is fully reclined your feet and legs still hang over the edge. I wouldn't recommend this couch unless you're a college student needing a couch for a dorm and don't really care to much about the features or maybe living in a studio and money is tight and again don't care too much about the features.”

“The couch is comfortable and would have gotten 5 stars but after a year of owning this couch I've had to get the faceplate for the USB and power buttons replaced due to how cheap the plastic for the faceplate is. The pieces that hold the faceplate breaks constantly and on each side it's broken. Thankfully I have the 3 year warranty and even the techs have told me this is a very common issue. It's definitely not something the sales associates will tell you so if you buy this couch get the warranty and be prepared to use it. This is my 3rd time having to replace this piece.”
