“I did all of my comparison shopping online. This was the first time I purchased a sofa completely based on the online content (description and photos). I never went to the store to see or try it. The delivery was excellent. I received notifications via text and email a day or so prior to arrival. The day of arrival, I received an automated call and a personal call from the driver of an ETA of 20 minutes. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time and quickly setup the sofa. It looks better than the online photos. It is extremely comfortable and easy to sit down and get up. I prefer the manual recline option because it’s faster; and because there’s no cord, I have the freedom to move it wherever I want. Also, I won’t have to worry about problems with the motor. I am proud of my purchase, and I will definitely buy from Ashley in the future. I highly recommend this sofa, it exceeded my expectations.”

“It’s a good couch for the price I paid. The right side recliner is very stubborn and does not close very easily. I have to kick it so hard to close it that the couch moves backwards and hits the wall. That seat is crooked when reclined back, it looks broken. I’m not sure if this is the way it’s supposed to be. You cannot lay across the cushions because the middle seat is not cushioned, which kind of sucks because I like to lay on the parallel on the couch when I watch TV sometimes. The reminders are super comfy, the cup holder is so convenient”

“It is indeed a very comfy sofa and service with delivery from Ashley was - as always - excellent. I do worry about how long this sofa will last, tho. I've had it for about 10 days and I keep finding spots where it feels like the fabric attachments are softer than one would expect. The only other issue to note is how difficult it is to put down the recliner footrest. There is a plastic tab to pull to extend the recliner (worried that could easily break off also in time if not used gently) but it takes my own leg/hamstring effort to put the footrest down and a LOT of effort to click them into place. There is no button or lever to put the recliner away. I generally have to stand up and use my heel to click it, otherwise it pops back out. So, for someone without a lot of leg strength or balance, this is a potential problem. I haven't used the center table as much as I thought I would but it's a nice feature. I've had to superglue the cup holders into their holes as they kept falling out.”

“I bought this sofa along with 2 matching rocker recliners and they are very beautiful. Extremely comfortable and firm enough to be supportive. Stylish yet warm. I would rate 5 stars but think the arm rests could use either more fill or maybe a foam fill as I think they may flatten over time. Have bought several sets of living room, bedroom and family room furniture from Ashley over the years and have never been disappointed. Beautiful, sturdy furniture, great customer service!”

Ashley Furniture is not honest in their dealings with customers.

“I purchased this furniture and a one seater the same make and model in October 2024 from Ashley's furniture in Columbia MD, by December 2024 the seat sinks in when I sit on it and also the one seater. From looking at the furniture delivered to me the left side tilts inwards and when reclined it tilts to the right. I called the store where it was purchased and got the runaround for about a month. Finally I was told to call customer service who sent someone out to look at the furnitures. He refused to sit on the furnitures , he took some pictures of the bottom of them and declared nothing is wrong with them. I asked for a replacement but was told it's my imagination that something is wrong with the furnitures and they refused to replace them or even have any other conversation about them. Take a look at the furnitures delivered to me and look at the ones sitting in the showroom, why is the ones delivered to me tilting inwards?”
