Extremely Disappointed – Huge Mistake Buying This

“Both my wife and I are very unhappy with this loveseat. From the start, it has been a constant source of frustration. One side makes a horrible, loud squeaking noise whenever the recliner is engaged. We’ve tried spraying the fake leather with clear baby powder, which only stops the noise for a couple of days before it comes right back. The sound is very loud and extremely annoying. The recliners themselves are very uncomfortable—far too hard. The footrests are much too short. I’m only 5’9” and my feet hang 8–10 inches beyond the end of the footrest. Another reviewer mentioned this loveseat feels like it was made for small people, and we completely agree. The design is awkward and uncomfortable. There’s no proper hand support on the sides where the extra cup holders are, which makes sitting even worse. My wife says the armrests are too high for her, and we both find the headrest hard and poorly designed. It has to be adjusted every time because of the big gap behind the head when you lean back. On top of all that, the return policy is only 30 days. We were just 7 days past the window and stuck with this purchase. For such an expensive piece of furniture, this is unacceptable. Buying this loveseat was a huge mistake. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.”
