“The ottoman is constructed well. My problem was installing the legs. No preinstalled screw holes. It took a lot of strength to drive the 8 screw into the solid wood base.”

“Love it ! I got a brown sofa cover for it as I have two young sons that have a go at it every chance they get. So far its holding up well. Even made a personal space on the single seater with a faux leather addon, which is used as our "reading" space. All in all its become a part of the family now (hopefully for many years to come).”

I have to wait 72 business hours for a call to return

“Your service is terrible! The sofa and ottoman was delivered on January 15th. It was wrapped in plastic I was unable see anything pertaining to the item I purchased. I asked the deliver man if the plastic will be removed and I was told I did not pay the $200 dollars for assembly which would have been screwing on four legs to the sofa and ottoman. Something I can do in less than ten minutes. Yet I still had to sign without knowing if the item was in good conditions, the right color or damaged. Come to find out if they would have opened it I would have told him to take it back immediately. You should not have client sign until they inspect the item they are paying and signing for, bad business. I did not realize the pillows were permanently sewed on. I prefer to have pillows that are not permanently attached to the sofa. I called immediately because I knew I had a 72 hour window for full refund on returns. I spoke to Zay and he provided ref # C-178246327. He mentioned someone would call me to keep my phone handy within 72 business hours. I had to ask and clarify did you say 72 hours or did you say 72 business hours. Your rep repeated 72 hours business hours, I was floored. I never heard of such a thing 72 business hours to get a call back. I told him are you telling me today is January 15th but I may not get a call to make arrangements for pick until January 28th because that would be 72 business hours. and he agreed. I called on Saturday the 25th to get an update on my pick call. because I also need my refund, I am unable to get my refund until you pick the sofa and ottoman. This time I spoke with Ebrahim. He told there was nothing in the system for a refund, it had it as an exchange and nothing about a pick up call to be made. He put in an escalation this is the that ref # C-178297938. You are not a mom / pop business you are a large establishment I had no idea I would be experiencing this type of horrific level of service, truly half ass. I will never shop with you guys and I will be sure and spread the word, neighbors, dentist, doctors. friends and of course family. I what some one to call me please to make arrangements to pick up sofa and ottoman asap and I want my refund asap. I am tired of talking about this and dealing with this. The first gentleman told me refund can take 7-10 days because banks can take that long, as a Bank of America / Merrill Lynch retiree that is inaccurate. Submit for a refund with the correct data used to pay will go though quickly. If there is a delay it is on your end or you are not providing the correct information. TO SUM IT UP; WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT MY RECENT PURCHASE. IT IS NOT GOOD STARTING WITH THE PRODUCT, TO THE DELIVERY MEN, TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, YOUR TIME LINE FOR RESOLUTION SUCKS BECUASE MY SITUATION IS STILL NOT RESOLVED YET. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP..... I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH MY TIME TA]HAN TO SPEND THEM EMALING AND O THE PHONE WITH WITH YOU ALL. LETS FINISH THIS AND BE DONE WITH IT.”
