“Do not buy this recliner it is much smaller then what's listed. I spend thousands at Ashley Furniture and because I didn't send it back when they dropped it off they will not replace or refund this chair however I reported it right after they left. True size is 31W x 37H that's from floor to tip top of the chair. Its like a child recliner. Do not buy. Ashley furniture would rather lose $8000.00 over 2 or 3 years over a 300.00 recliner. $4000.00 this purchase and right at $ 4000.00 on a bedroom suit 3 years ago. So if you want to waste money and get something other than what you paid for buy at Ashley Furniture. I was told to go to there furniture store and measure the one on there sales floor and see if it matches. So let me go do there job for them while gas is $ 4.19 a gallon when they are the one advertising something wrong.”

“This recliner is somewhat comfortable. After a few hours of sitting, it becomes a lot less comfortable. To be honest, the worst part of it is the width of the seating area. I'm by no means a skinny guy, but I am not wide either. That said, the arms of this chair are pushing into my hips as I sit in this chair. I would suggest that if you are larger than 5' 8" and weigh more than 150 Lbs., you seek a different recliner. I am by no means fat, but I feel slightly claustrophobic in this recliner. The arms squeeze against me as I sit and the seat itself isn't as comfy as some of the chair cushions I have bought for other uncomfortable seats. At just over 65" fully extended, this recliner is less comfortable and less practical than I had hoped for. Well, lesson learned, I suppose: from now on I will never buy a chair online unless I have tried it out in a store first.”
