Poor quality padding and seat support

“We bought this sofa and loveseat in Jan of 2024. The padding quickly settled to the point of being uncomfortable. In the more used seats, the seat is quickly lowering. In addition, the fabric pillars very easily.
We had the warranty and have had the padding replaced, six months later we have same issue.”

“I've had it a week. It is very comfortable, but I'm noticing some sagging on the one side that I sit in more frequently. I'm retired so I do sit more than a person that is out of the house working. I guess I have to sit on both sides equally. Then the middle would be higher than both ends. I do like the power legs and neck, very comfortable.”

“Nice sofa replacement from previous one. High in back, but could be higher for neck comfort. Fabric is poly and can be cleaned, excellent feature. Nice gray color, away from all the dark brown and black ones. Great salesman gave us a sweet deal. Go to the store to sit on it, firm and supportive. Doesn't sit back as far, so easy getting up.Love it. Only negative is power operational bar is hard to operate with little buttons.”

“In love with this furniture. Bought the love seat and sofa. Still waiting on the reclining chair to arrive.
So comfortable. But- I would not buy if you have pets.
Their toenails are catching the fabric and it’s creating loose strings hanging from the fabric.”
