“The seat cushions seemed firm when I first sat on them. Now they're flattening out and I can feel the front wooden edge of the couch holding me up while the back part is sagging. The arm rests don't have any cushion where your elbows would rest on the side. All the cushion is up at the front of the armrests. I've only had it a few weeks at this point so I'm not hopeful it will hold up. It does seem comfortable still but after sitting for a bit my back hurts so I think somewhere it's lacking support. I'm 6' tall 215 pounds for reference.”

“Well I wanted a plush sofa and this definitely fits the bill. It’s so plush that the cushion completely flattens to a pancake when I sit on it and I’m only 120 lbs. Furthermore, I’ve had it 3 weeks and the stitching on the armrests is coming apart which is odd because I live alone and only ever sit in the middle. I’m glad I didn’t spend much on this because it doesn’t seem like it’s got longevity. It’s very comfortable to lay out flat on so that’s nice at least.”

We purchased the "gray" color and I would say they are definitely a dark gray with a blue undertone. Overall they look more dark blue to me. The cushions slide out a little bit, but it doesn't bother me. We left the legs off so that they sit on the floor also. We are happy with them!”

It looks really great and is extremely comfortable, particularly for napping, as the arm rests are about as soft as pillows. Not to mention for a superb price! The only thing that is slightly annoying is that I noticed the cushions seem to slowly inch forward after a few and do not stay snugly in the back of the couch, so I find myself having to push them back every so often. Overall this is such a minor issue that it shouldn't stop you from getting this couch. There are only two reasons I would not get this couch, and it has nothing to do with quality, but rather usage. 1. If you're looking for a small couch to occupy a small area, this may not be the best choice, as it is not only long but also wide. 2. If you really like having firm armrests that are also raised a bit raised, then this couch may not be the one you're looking for, as the armrests are rather low. Overall, I highly recommend!”

He took his time, answered questions, gave me some alone time (smiles) and closed the deal very elegantly! Everything went as planned with the exception of the delivery time. The guys actually arrived earlier than the time was told. I wasn't home because I didn't expect them for another hour and half. When I told them I was 15 mins away they said they would wait for me! Initially I was a little worried about buying a sofa online but the price was really low and I used the “view in home” feature to see how it would look in our living room and I liked it. Ashley kept me informed of the date and time of arrival and sent me a text when they were 10 minutes away so I was ready for them. The guys wore their face masks and gloves and were wonderful and so kind. Our family loves the couch and it’s actually nicer and more durable than I expected. “We Blind Bought this couch and I must say, it is a SAFE blind buy! It has a very soft fabric that feels responsive to the touch and it’s soft yet firm. A perfect medium for a perfect couch. Wide enough to lay in as well. If I had something negative to add, you have to screw in the legs on the bottom and there are no predrilled holes so have a drill and small drill bit if you wanna make it a bit easier. Overall, VERY HAPPY!”

Quite comfortable and should work alright as a sleeper even for tall people. The cushions themselves are probably more on the firm side but not in an unpleasant way, just don't expect to sink into them quite the same way as a soft vinyl or leather couch. * I am 6'1" so the review is based on that.”
