“3 stars because the cushions slide out when sitting on the chaise. Please add Velcro attachment as you’ve done on other models this should fix the issue.”

“The couch itself is pretty good quality but the pull out bed is too firm. We also paid almost $200 to have it setup and installed but they didn't make sure the back left foot was straight so the wood cracked. Nothing we can do about it now buy overall, I would recommend the couch for the look and quality.”

“This is a gorgeous sectional. I got it in the charcoal color. The microfiber is very soft, but the cushions are nice and firm (I'm a heavy lady, so I like to know I won't hit the wooden slats when I sit down!). I've had it about 4 weeks now, and I'm in love with it.”
