“My sofa is wonderful but the customer service and nonstop rescheduling of my delivery was excessive. We had to pickup our own order from the warehouse. Not exactly the glamorous adventure you’d like when purchasing nice furniture for your home.”

“Just received my couch and loveseat. They look great. They are firm and on the small size. Some of the reviews did say this so not a surprise. They came assembled so we had to remove the backs to move inside easily. Hope I get used to the firmness. They are nice.”

Beautiful set, but a bit small

“Beautiful pieces but we had to put risers in the front since it leans more forward so you feel like it is pushing you out of the chair. The back rest is short so there isn’t much head support. I’m 5’5 and any taller your head is higher and the seats are very short. It’s designed for someone my size or smaller. It comfortable for me but not so much for those that are 5’7 and 5’11. And very firm hard seating. For me personally is fine due to my size but other members of the family it’s not the best comfort.”

“Cheaply made the recliner mechanisms our bench the Furniture no longer reclines so sad I really wanted to love this furniture outfit but it's a little over a year old and is no longer functional”
