“I would give this no stars if I could. It is an extremely hard couch. I feel it has a safety hazard with the side being exposed in sleeper stage. I have four small children, this is not the right couch for us. I will never order online again. I’m currently in the process of trying to return (started less than 24 hours after delivery) but they are taking so long to process it and come pick up the couch. I highly wouldn’t recommend. It’s not worth the money at all. I went into Ashley and purchased a new couch.”
