“I’d like to give this sofa 5 stars for look and comfort but the cushions have nothing on the underside to keep them from shifting and sliding. I’m sure Ashley could have at least put good, strong Velcro to limit sliding seat cushions, but it doesn’t have anything. The underside is slippery nylon cover, so I am constantly pushing the cushions back into place bc they overhang the sofa by several inches due to sliding when people sit.
Otherwise, great comfort and firm seat cushions , which I really like ( don’t like to sink down into a seat), and the color is great for a family room sofa. Cleans up wonderfully with a soapy cloth.”

“Poorly made and horrible quality for the price. Nothing is aligned properly. The base on the bottom of every section is misaligned and we have to wait another month for someone to come out and try to fix it. Was also sent with the wrong feet. Very disappointed in this couch and Ashley.”
