Poorly built and bad customer service

“The chair's frame is poorly assembled, the face-plate on one arm being misaligned, causing stress on the fabric, the staples that should secure it are not anchored into the component they should be, so that you can feel them through the fabric with the possibility of them being a gouging hazard. My ticket has still not received a response, so the product is sitting in my foyer awaiting their response. I am very disappointed in both the quality of the product and the customer service teams' lack of concern in dealing with the issue.”
