Horrible experience will never purchase online again from Ashley!! Customer service is a nightmare, and nobody wants to do anything to help you

“The whole process of purchasing the sofa was a nightmare when it was delivered all the parts weren’t there after about 15 hours on the phone with customer service. I am hoping it is finally being returned. And my credit card being credited customer service for Ashley purchases online is an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend purchasing online. Promises were made that were never kept and I’m still fighting a month later to try to get my money back.”
