“This a beautiful, comfortable, well-made recliner, that you can just sink into at the end of a long day. The hidden storage inside the armrests is great for putting remote controls where they can be easily found, cupholders on both armrests, and electronic controls for the footrest and headrest. Everyone who sits in this chair falls asleep almost immediately - it's that soft.”

“Broken after 3 weeks. First the charging port stopped working. A week later, the footrest control stopped working and was stuck in the upright position. Took 2 weeks for the parts to come and then another week for a technician to come out to fix it. Horrible customer service. And they won’t offer me any kind or refund for all the inconvenience this has caused. My husband had to take a half day off from work so the technician could fix it.”
