Horrible customer service. Never buying from Ashley’s again!

“The couch ended up being too large for my space in my living room and Ashley will not let me return the console so that it can properly fit. Guess they want to obligate customers to keep items that do not fit in their space so they can keep their money of high priced items. Also one of the cushion has two tears that need replacement.”

“Love my new sectional! It looks very modern. I especially like the speaker add-on and option to add on other pieces. They grey color looks great in my home and it's very comfortable. The performance fabric holds up to my dog and it's easy to clean.”
