Very nice chair, decent value, roomy. Just needs a little more padding.

“The recliner is a beautiful color, fantastic quality faux leather upholstery, has a roomy seat for the size of the recliner, and is incredibly sturdy. You can feel that all steel frame doing its job. It is a nice looking piece of furniture that goes well with my living room and was reasonably priced and delivered/assembled with care. My only issues with it are probably personal preferences. It could use more padding to make it more comfortable and cushiony, especially in the arms, seat, and leg/footboard. The angle of the head was also a little too high and far back for me, I need to use pillows to offset that. Would imagine this would not be an issue for a tall person. A little more cushion in places and the head pillow area being thicker and extending further down the back side of the seat would make it perfect for me. All in all, a very nice chair, I do like it. It is easy to recline and push back leg/footboard, which is not always the case with recliners, so that makes me very happy.”

Beware of three day return policy

“The recliner is extra wide and overall very nice. The camo color did not match the Ashley leather couch we have and is a different type of leather, almost feels more like a suede. I do caution that the return policy for online orders is very stringent.We were even within the three day window and have not heard back from Ashley so ended up selling it on Facebook marketplace for a loss. Read the fine print, would not recommend purchasing online. Very dissatisfied with their customer service return policy. Having said all that, the recliner itself is nice if you're not trying to match it up with other camel colored furniture.”

“The recliner is very nice. I don't like how short it is where I sit. Also, because of that I have asked twice if I can return the chair. I have been told twice that I cannot return it because I bought it online. I honestly don't think this is fair and I would really like someone to look into this.”
