Lift chair

“I like the color of the chair, but all that it is supposed to do, it doesn't do. The heating element does not generate any heat, and the massage unit just makes noise, it does not massage. I like the lift part of the chair, but that's all that really works like it is supposed to. I should have bought another lift chair.”

“I have called in a claims since May 22nd the day of delivery.i was told it would take 48 to 72 hrs since that time. Then I called in again to the customer service last Wed. They stated again 48 hrs and that it would be expedited. Have not received a response from anyone since the beginning of the claims. This is poor customer service and will not purchase from Ashley again .”

“My wife and I have furnished several rooms in our home at Ashley. Good selections, fair prices, concistenly good quality.
I do have a complaint about my recent purchase. We needed to replace two recliners.We looked at Ashley's online offerings and found several reasonably priced options. When we went to the store, these chairs were no place to be seen. We were only showed the top-of-the-line models. That was obviously " Bait and Switch." We bought the expensive one but it made me doubt Ashley's integrity. Then, after agreeing on the price, Ashle added $500 for delivery and setup, and five year warranty. I believe that we should have been told before we were told the price. Once again, this tactic does work but also makes one question the ethical standards of the company.”
