Poor workmanship

“Workmanship very poor on this item. Cushions cannot be turned over and are mashing down after less than 6 months. Two adults and no rowdy children so the furniture is not being abused. The wood behind the cushions isn't even covered. Not comfortable to sit in. The only thing likeable about this piece is it has a nice rich color.”

I'm liking it so far.

“I've only had it for about a week so I cannot speak to longevity, but it's definitely nicer and classier-looking than my previous and cheaper faux leather Unclaimed Freight furniture, comfortable, roomy, and seems to be a type of hybrid faux leather / cloth combo which makes it feel soft and more like cloth, not just like the standard leather or even faux leather sheen that those materials would normally feel like, which also by the way over time wind-up cracking and making a mess, which by the way is what my cheap Unclaimed Freight faux leather living room furniture did after about 8 years. It also feels thicker than that material, which speaks to quality rather than cheapness, but I guess I'll have to see if it lasts longer. The furniture I bought from Unclaimed Freight was more a glossy shine and since it was faux leather it had to be treated with leather conditioner every 3-6 months, and if that material gets hit with sunlight every day then it cracks and flakes off. This will be kept out of direct sunlight, especially given the fact that this is not the type of material you can use leather conditioner on, so placing it anywhere there's sunlight coming in each and every day would probably not be a good idea if you want it to last. But that is of course with about anything these days since sunlight destroys just about everything but rocks and dirt.”
