Disappointed. Please help!

“I'm disappointed in the couch. It is very bulky and too high up. The pillows in the back are un evenly stuffed. The pillow on the left side is very firm and filled. The 2 pillows in the back middle and right side are not filled enough. Too much material on the those two pillow which appear to be sagging. The couch looks uneven and used! Please don't waste your money. I'm sooo UNHAPPY with this!”

“This couch is perfect! The material is so soft and the cushions are extremely comfortable. We love that we were able to separate the two pieces to fit against our wall better. The team who moved the couch into our house and helped with assembly was great as well”
